As our name suggests we are widely recognised for our expertise in the area of metalspraying which involves spraying a uniform layer of molten metal on a host surface at low temperatures, preventing distortion and/or stress. This offers customers a cost effective way to repair damaged parts. Metalspraying can be applied to bronze, copper, aluminium, stainless steel, steel and ceramic surfaces.

Metalspray Engineering have an onsite designer to help you with your specific design needs, using the latest Solid Edge design software and Mastercam software for CNC machining.
CNC Milling
Metalspray Engineering offers precision CNC (Computer Numerical Control) milling, specialising in 3-D machining.
Maintenance Engineering
Year round 24-7 emergency general engineering service and onsite plant maintenance.

Including turning, milling, grinding, gear cutting, internal splines and gears.
Tool making
Manufacturing jigs, fixtures, dies, molds, machine tools, cutting tools (such as milling cutters and form tools), gauges, and other tools used in manufacturing processes. Metalspray boasts CNC mills, a spark eroder and Fanuc Robocut a-iA wirecut machine.
